Leads the infusion and keeps the time. You can leave between waves; tell the sauna master on your way out so the door stays shut during the next one.
What to bring
Two towels, one to sit on. A bottle of water. Flip-flops for the dock. Nothing with a battery.
Arrive ten minutes early. The door closes when the first ladle goes on.
